Giveaway, ahoy!

July 10, 2012 by Sarah Plum(itallo) 32 Comments

I’m in the midst of potty-training my nearly three year old little dude, so there’s not much productive work getting done other than bribing him with chocolate and juice to utilize the potty. So, I decided now is the best time for a giveaway!
So what if I haven’t quite hit 100 followers yet? Let’s get this giveaway party started, right?!
So…
Here’s the deal.
Five lucky winners will win ALL future paid products on my TPT store (and Teacher’s Notebook if I ever open one). Forever. And ever and ever.
I’m hoping to list my first product by the end of the week (if potty-training goes well), so by the time the giveaway finishes next week, there will be at least one product in the hands of five lucky winners (and I can tell you that you’ve already seen a sneak peek on here and it involves Oz)! From that point on, every time I list something new, those five people will get the product e-mailed to them as an attachment — for  FREE FREE FREE (which is the best kind of free)!
Sound good? I hope so!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

If you choose to blog about the giveaway — you can just grab my button on ye’ old sidebar over there to link back, because like I said, potty-training waits for no man and at this point I haven’t whipped up a custom graphic. I might. So using either is fine!

ETA: Little guy is finally asleep, so I whipped this up real quick:

Random question: How did you get followers for your blog? Thus far, you are the sole follower of mine and I am really looking forward to gaining insight from a lot of teachers to help me through this phase of first year teaching ๐Ÿ™‚

Oops! I forgot to tell you what I would like for you to create. I am not picky. If it is something that my students would enjoy and I would enjoy it too, I am all for it. I am excited to see your Oz item. I LOVE that movie.

We are in the midst of potty-training our almost 3 yr old boy also. For a minute, I thought I might just like to be one of those moms who lets the daycare take care of that little task, but then I figured I better work on it this summer. ๐Ÿ™‚ Anyway, I just found your blog today. I teach 2nd grade and LOVE it! Can't wait to see what all you come up with. By the way- my 2 and 4 yr olds favorite movie right now- "The Wizard of Ha's" the Veggie Tales version. Very cute! ๐Ÿ™‚

Love your blog! I've been looking for 2nd grade blogs to follow—as I will be a first year teacher this year. I would love to see you create anything Common Core as that is what we are adopting for the upcoming school year.

    Sarah,

This is truly a *HUGE* giveaway! Totally awesome! As for the potty training, I don't have kids yet…but when we were potty training my step-son (he's 6 now) we would drop fruit loops into the toilet and he would aim at them! He loved it and was potty trained VERY quickly. However, if you use the technique *BEWARE* make sure that you ALWAYS have those dang fruit loops handy because one time I had to run to the kitchen to get some {should have kept the box in the bathroom} and by the time I made it back to the bathroom he had gone in his pants! Lol… we laughed out how silly it all was but it did teach him in the long run! ๐Ÿ™‚

I don't miss potty training at all! my daughter is 4 now, so it wasn't that long ago. We did the potty dance and sang a song every time she went. She loved it! Good luck with potty training!

I would love to see activities that 1st graders can do as well! I am in the process of potty training my 3 year old son. I need to do it by September for him to go to preschool! I currently have 4 children in diapers! My 6 year old daughter is autistic and not yet ready, so it is confusing my 3 year old. He doesn't understand why she can still wear diapers, but he can't! I also have a 2 year old and a 6 month old!
